Select the difficulty you need want for a missing trophy. Choose a short chapter and finish it. Hold your finger at the eject button on your ps3 and immidiately after trophy pops up eject disc. Repeat this for ebery missing difficulty....
If this is too risky for you, search the Expolder database.
