First off I want to make clear that I added 5 saves from another user. When I was going for the 100% on my account I could have add those saves myself, but I figured why make the same saves if other members already uploaded them. Please thank him for his work. The 30ish other saves are mine. This saveset will net you the platinum in a couple of hours.
The saveset contains all the saves needed for the platinum including all DLC.
If you have any questions, comments or requests feel free to pm me. All the instructions are inside the download and if I did anything wrong with the saves or if something is incorrect please PM me and I will try to fix it asap.

No, gave up in the end! Let me know if you come across a solution, I'll likewise do the same.
EDIT: Just seen that mrgrandtheftaut found a workaround and posted earlier in the thread. I don't currently have the game (borrowed it from a mate) but give it a try a let me know if it works!:

I went into the room and nothing happened, then went a little drive and came back into the police building but through the opposite door then when I walked into the interview room it said press square to interview.

I thought I would convert all your saves into the US region. Just in case there are any people in the states that would like to have the saves in a US format and not have to deal with all the hassle of resigning them themselves. These are all of YOUR saves and i take no credit for them. The only credit I take is resigning them to a US region. Hope you add these to your OP.
