This save will net you 8/12 trophies. The other 4 trophies you will have to do by yourself but are very easy. Save has been tested on a dummy account.
For starters, select Continue game and then the very first stage.

Upon leaving the garbage can you will unlock:
Into The Light

After leaving the garbage down go straight until you see the last secret under a cup. It's the gold sour patch. You will unlock:
The Collector

Finishing the first level will also net you:
Sugar Addict
I'm Alive

Beat the 4th level boss to unlock:
If The Shoe Fits

Beat the 8th level boss to unlock:
Crybaby

Beat the 12th level boss to unlock:
Eviction Notice

Beat the 13th level boss (last stage) to unlock:
Destiny

Candy Skills:
This trophy isn't as hard as it sounds. The easiest level is obviously the first. Take your time and don't rush.

BFF:
This is easy when you use a second controller. It can be done any level but the 3rd level boss is better. The fight doesn't last too long and upon killing it the trophy will unlock.
