HMM.. Mine also has 99 inventory on everything (ex. Gold orbs says 99/3.) It has all 6 health crosses already purchased.
I'm not sure on the Devil Trigger, but it should be near max when I get it. And also has max upgrade points.
I used GGenie for it, and that's the save I'm currently using on my game.
Oh well, you can never have to many saves on here
