Complete an entire Challenge category
Just complete one mission on Ultimate Badass difficulty.
It'll also pop: Game Over, Man!, Not Bad For a Human, State of the Badass Art, Lean and Mean
You can unlock even more of the following trophies by using the Stay Frosty Save:
Majority Shareholder
Spend 30 Commendations
Buy one upgrade in the main menu / Arsenal Upgrades.
Field Modified, Kill Certified
Upgrade every slot for a weapon
Buy the A27 High Velocity Rounds for the service pistol.
Perfect Killing Machine
Upgrade every Loadout slot for a Xenomorph class
Go into Versus > Edit Loadouts > Xeno Loadouts, then purchase or edit 1 upgrade for each slot.
You Look Just Like I Feel
Upgrade every Appearance slot once for your Marine
Just go into Versus > Edit appearance > Marine Appearance (no need to edit any marine appearance slots)
Adaptive Morphology
Upgrade every Appearance slot once for a Xenomorph class
Go into Versus > Edit appearance > Xeno Appearance and just edit a few appearance slots for each alien.

Above is my save it is 52xp away from level 60. I suggest starting an offline game of Extermination on the Excavation map ( as there is a set of eggs right in front of the starting point). Go into the circle and wait for the bomb to arm itself, then once the eggs are destroyed the trophy will pop seconds after. Easy as... Enjoy

What I did was I went onto versus and made an offline game of Extermination Mode so nobody will be on the map just you and you just run to the points of the map. Each is 100xp you can hold about 11-12 areas in one 5 minute game. Then when you change teams to aliens just press start and change team again to be the marine, and repeat the process. So within 10mins you'll earn around 2,200 to 2,400XP, you can do that if you want just don't go insane ok haha i nearly was.

& I'm not sure if I have time to make a full save set, mainly because the trophy for completing all challenges is annoying. The most recent gamesave I uploaded a few posts up is on level 49 and has only 29 more challenges left (all of which has to be done online) Everyone is free to use that save if it helps them achieve that trophy so they can leave one more challenge opened.
