That's because you have to play through Chapter 15 first... Takes like 5 minutes to run through.

its not glitched its like that just start from chapter 15 will take 5min to reach chapter 16 rushing

The weapons save starts you on chapter 11 but the missing weapons part is chapter 14....Where is the missing part in ch.14?
