Consider a easy start of Mass Effects 2 and 3 ? since 3 is free on EU psn.

is this a other game mode when not you can change the difficult in the game and the cheats still work

The save is from Italian account (my account), it's a fresh save, just in the beginning of the game, after the creation of PG:

No, it's a separate mode from Standard. When you beat the game in Standard mode with your previous save, it resets your supplies to zero when you start Pure Survival. Pure Survival is the mode where you collect nothing but supplies and you have to craft everything from scratch.
