there is no checkpoint in FileR-06.u have to acutally beat Sam without taking damge on Hard or above diff.
it requires some skill but not so much.take ur time to perfect the timing for block and attack and u will be fine.

The QTE are the Quick Time Events during the fight. You cannot get any of these wrong - if you press the wrong buttons during any of the QTEs then you will take damage and therefore will not get the trophy.
There is one QTE part way through this part of the fight, just before Armstrong starts regenerating his health. This is one of the QTEs you must not FAIL.
The second QTE is at the end of the battle, effectively once you have got his health down to almost 0%. Again, follow the on-screen prompts and make sure to hit the right button sequences.
Once you learn his attacks - he is not that difficult. It took me a few tried before I did it but it is possible. Also, if the trophy for taking no damage doesn't pop then that means you must have taken damage.
