Try to play until 50 and reboot. If no trophy pops try to play until level 15. If it doesn't pop still you have to reboot again.

I had the same problem as you. Finally I get the trophy. The good new is that the only thing that you can do is to get the level 50, reboot your suit, and begin again. The bad news is I must do this 3 times before the trophy jump, and in the four time, when Im in level 7, surprise !! The trophy up !! If you take a look in the oficial page of the game, in the forums, you can find a lot of people in the same case than you. Luck !!

old games were better because of their functionality and work

There's nothing you cant do, after level 50 you will be forced to "prestige" and level up to 45.

yeh this one sucks, doubtful of a patch at this point in the games cycle
