So here it goes:

Trophy - Awakening
Just activate the pedestal infront of you.

Trophy - Beyond Death
Go up the stairs

Trophy - Kindred Judgement
Open door and after the conversation kill Harkon with Auriels Bow/sunhallowed arrows

Trophy - Lost to the Ages
Just use the forge infront of you and craft any of the 3 options

Trophy - A New You
Talk to Galatil and ask her to change your face.

Trophy - Soul Tear
Point at the ground and press and hold R2 to summon Durnehviir and learn the third word of the Soul Tear shout.

Trophy - Auriel's Bow
Aim at the sun and shoot the bow using auriels bow/sunhallowed arrows combo

Trophy - Legend
Kill the legendary dragon circling on top of you

Trophy - Werewolf Mastered
Press circle to bring up the skill tree and unlock the last remaining perk

Trophy - Vampire Mastered
just buy the last vampire perk

Couple of things to note, saves are for US version of the game. I also removed the Param sfo. files since i read somewhere people can hack into your account through that. One last thing, some of the trophies take a while to unlock after the required action is done.
That is all, if there are any issues with the saves let me know, hope this helps and saves you guys some time.

I don't use xploder, I use Bruteforce Save Data, and that has worked flawlessly with everything except these.

sorry never used bruteforce so cant help you there. hope you figure out a way to get these saves to work for you.
