You will start the game with:
Infinite Health
Infinite Ammo
You will still have god mode & inf ammo when you start a new character.
This only works with the regular version of the game
You must login or register to view this content.
EDIT: You do not get banned for this save, You need to resign it to your account, You need to put your name into the save, Use something like SFO Editor.
I'm trying to reply to people as fast i can, But at the moment been trying to make new Save Games.
If i dont reply, Hopefully someone will reply to you, And should help with the problem.
If it says corrupted, Means you haven't done it properly.

Just a tip. When doing changes with SFO, always make them before resigning. When resigning with Xploder for example you'll get a warning about old integrity (or something) just say ok and resign until the end. Saves won't get corrupted if the last thing you do is resign.
If someone has managed to get it working in BLES01681 (GOTY retail) please post here.

Glad I could be of help, usually the easiest method is the most effective. The SFO changing is what gave me corrupted save in the first place and that usually works for me but now with the new update it's easier to do it with Bruteforce as long as you know game id.
I just hope someone can help with my question or I'll have to look for a save with the medkits used already. Never realised infinite health could be a hindrance to a trophy before lol.

I think you can't turn off the god mode. I think the only way to turn it off is to delete the saves. Perhaps you can get the medkit trophies by using one of the other DI saves that are posted here on NGU.
