Sorry to hear you're still having problems. I opened DragonSlayer67's 1999 game save, deleted the .SFO file, and copied the remaining files over my save, resigned on XPLODDER, and it worked perfect. You'll get an integrity check error, but ignore it, the save will work just fine.
For all you US players, this worked perfectly for me. I used Bruteforce, though, not XPlodder. Received no errors. Here's what I did:
1. Started the game fresh...NO saves, NO profiles on my PS3.
2. As soon as I was rowing in the boat, I paused and quit the game.
3. If you did this right, there should be 3 Bioshock Infinite saves on your PS3. Copy all three onto a USB drive.
4. After plugging the drive into your computer, copy the three save folders over to the desktop (the ones that start with BLUS....)
5. Open DragonSlayer67's 1999 mode saves. There should also be three folders in the .rar file.
6. In DragonSlayer's folders, delete the .sfo file.
7. Copy the remaining four files from his save folders into your save folders, REPLACING those files. Be sure to match each folder correctly.
8. Run YOUR SAVE FOLDERS through Bruteforce, XPLODDER, or whatever it is you use. If you don't know how to resign, look it up. (Bruteforce creates a backup of your .sfo file tagged with 'original'...delete that file after resigning in all three save folders).
9. Copy your new save folders back to the USB drive, DELETING the old ones.
10. Copy these saves to your PS3, making sure there are NO OTHER Bioshock Infinite saves present.
11. I signed out of the PSN at this point. I recommend you do the same.
12. Launch the game, select main game, select continue. Follow Elizabeth through the "Sea of Doors" quest line. Just story...nothing else.
13. Trophies pop at the start of the credits. Sometimes they are a bit slow; be patient. I did everything legit on medium difficulty, so my Hard, 1999 mode, Scavenger, and Platinum trophy popped.
Thank you DragonSlayer67 for your post. Keep up the good work.
