I simply changed this from BLES to BLUS and made it to where it would work on "The Full Package" version, rather than the standard SR3 version.

I used Bruteforce Save Data, and didn't have a problem resigning the data to my own profile. (Which can be found here: You must login or register to view this content. )

and just a quick tip for everyone who owns both versions: if you buy the dlc in german ps store you get them for BLES01342 (UK version) and BLES01343 (german version), so you dont have to pay twice for it

Are those DLC built onto the disc like Mafia 2 Directors Cut or does it come with a code sheet when you buy?

As long as it's "The Full Package", it all comes on the disc. There's a key for online pass, that's it. I've used it on two playstations with no problems.

Nope. The only thing you wont get buying it used should be the online pass. Everything auto pops when you start / load a game for the first time.
