I dont get it? I download this eu save here and resinged it but whenever i start the game with this save all my playerstats are zero and i have to start the game from begining like installed the game first time. Whats wrong?

You most definatly did something wrong =D
Check your regions or if you have 2 saves in your savegame collection of shank.
