You can't. You can only change to italian or spanish by changing your language from system settings.

It definately is on Level 9. Just done it

It also unlocks the 1000 mile trophy

- Go to Season 5 in the timeline & choose the 1st overtake event, select the GC Automobile, win the race then "Toca Juniors No More" will unlock

I got the game with ps+ but i won't even bother starting it. Fed up with racing games after NFS: Most Wanted.
