As you enter the area, go to the right side and look for some broken out windows in a building that you can enter. Climb the stairs until you can jump out of a window and onto a roof. Turn left and then jump back through a window in a different and this manual will be on the desk along the wall with the windows.
artifact 3:20 - Newspaper Clipping – In the room with clickers & a bloater go through the door and up to a new level. When coming to the hallway, turn right and it’ll be in the first room to the right.
pendant 5:10 - In the room (with the monkeys). This will be in the back right corner.

Joke Location #5 - This is in the housing area after the sewers in The Suburbs level. You need to initiate conversation at the house at the bend in the road with the warning spray painted on the side. After that, turn around and there will be a exposed kitchen on the house across the street. Enter there and hear a tale about a BBQ. From there, you'll need to the conversation at the ice cream truck. Once that's all complete, go to the end of the road and wait.

go to chapter select and pick "the outskirts" and then pick "the capitol building" load it press select and upgrade ur health for Trophy to pop. (thx to Corbiee for the tip) he used the save For Emergencies Only (Fully upgrade all weapons) and found out this way.

continue the story. go back through the bus and moves to the left. there is a white tent with a workbench. upgrade the last piece of el diablo and the Trophy is yours.

Yes I did ! The save worked as well I loaded chapter 8 as well and i even collected what all he asked me to but still the trophy does not pop up !

I got the collectable trophies to pop by deleting my own game save then copy over these saves. When I missed a collectable at the University I tried to load up that level again and collect it but the trophy did not pop. As soon as I deleted the save, copied it over again and collected it once again then it popped.

I had a little issue with them, i think it might be because i bought mines out the playsation store. But, for each of the collectibles i had to collect one quit the game, delete the saves and copy the resigned saves back to my system and start over until i had all four of them. Because, after i have collected one and went to the next one the trophy would never pop. But the save still worked though.

Is anyone else having a problem with the master of unlocking trophy?
I deleted my own save/patch etc from my ps3 and resigned Pounds one. Loaded up The FireFly Lab chapter and followed the video to the last door @ 6:20 in the video. Opened it and nothing happened.
Do I need to do something else to make it pop up?

Delete your patch and your game save data and play the game offline resign save then do as required for the trophy
The same thing happened to me and this is what I did and it worked
