artifact 3:20 - Newspaper Clipping – In the room with clickers & a bloater go through the door and up to a new level. When coming to the hallway, turn right and it’ll be in the first room to the right.

Joke Location #5 - This is in the housing area after the sewers in The Suburbs level. You need to initiate conversation at the house at the bend in the road with the warning spray painted on the side. After that, turn around and there will be a exposed kitchen on the house across the street. Enter there and hear a tale about a BBQ. From there, you'll need to the conversation at the ice cream truck. Once that's all complete, go to the end of the road and wait.

go to chapter select and pick "the outskirts" and then pick "the capitol building" load it press select and upgrade ur health for Trophy to pop. (thx to Corbiee for the tip) he used the save For Emergencies Only (Fully upgrade all weapons) and found out this way.

continue the story. go back through the bus and moves to the left. there is a white tent with a workbench. upgrade the last piece of el diablo and the Trophy is yours.

Had a nightmare trying to get the Conversation one to work, continuously got corrupt data / data belongs to another user messages. Tried about 6x with KG and updated games.conf, same thing repeatedly. Downloaded the all in one set and did it from there and it worked first time... No idea what was going on there but whatever, great game but I couldn't be arsed with a 4th playthrough for that trophy, so this just got me my platinum, thanks man. 
EDIT: Though after having done it with the provided video, I realised I only needed the one with the damn bear just before this save. :argh:

It happened to me too. The funny thing is, it happened in my legit play through as well. However, i found a way to fix it. Delete all the data for the game. Everything. Delete everything The last of us related in the game data utility. Delete the save. Re copy the save back to the ps3. Then load the game up and go for it again. Thats what fixed it for me.
