It doesn't pop the instant you get the reward! The saves definitely work use them all the time

Now going to plat uncharted 2. Any idea if there is a way to hack the online trophies especially dlc? Thanks mate!

Nope! We're not that lucky wish it would unlock the DLC

So since you have folders for each Treasure trophy unlock that means just unlocking treasure #60 doesn't make every trophy pop.
