difficulty: hardcore (can be lowered anytime under options)
character: Katarina (arguably best character)
location: first autosave at the very beginning of the game
mods: max money & max exp points

what it does:
-max money for instant purchase of good equipment
-max exp points for instant level up to max level 30 upon first kill (companions recruited later on then start with level 30 too) - this obviously gives you the level 20 & 30 trophies
-difficulty can be changed at anytime from hardcore to normal or easy
