Completely useless, this save disables trophies if you try to change the region to EU, unless there is a way to bypass the trophy lock i can't use it.
EDIT:
just a update to whoever uses this starter save, to use it if your game starts with BLES delete the current patch 1.03 and disable internet connection and trophies, resigning and other peoples saves will work but bad news about this starter save, as soon as you go into the jungle the second time all the modded items are removed including the stealth, i've had to use another save file because of it, just a warning.
