(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Probably the wrong place, but people here help more than other places. Anyway, I need help and BruteForce refuses to cooperate with me.

So I updated from 3.8 > 4.0 version of BruteForce Save Data, all of a sudden, it instantly crashes when I start it up.

I tried clearing up temporary files, but that did nothing.

A bit of help and insight would be appreciated.

I searched everywhere, and not one person even asked this question. I guess I'm the only with this problem.

i had this problem with recent builds and it took me a long while to fix (was stuck on 3.7 for months trying to find a fix), what you need to do is disable DEP in windows 7, by entering cmd in the run box in the start menu and copy and paste this line and reboot the pc and then start brute force up again.

"bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff" to turn it on again enter this in cmd "bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx Alwayson".

The following 2 users say thank you to HUYI82 for this useful post:

That's exactly what I just did. I figured it out before you posted xD.

I didn't turn off DEP, but I added it in the exceptions.

Thanks for the help. I know what to do next time now.

[If a mod could close, or delete this thread, that would be great.]

no need turn off DEP , just be sure all of the .exe are set as admin rights within the BF folder.
