Yeah, I figured that was the only way.
After a few tries I managed to do what you mentioned.
That definitely requires some speed. I'm usually more used to teleport then throw.
Never thought of priming the throwing arm then teleporting.

no, you dont need the dlc to use the save.

just tested it on a dummy account & you will get all the trophies. im not sure about the dlc. since i dont have it.

Ahhh, selective quoting... If you read proper, you should see that I said all trophies BUT the jumping one unlock. Anyways, 1-4 of the DLC was where I did it. took me maybe 15-20 minutes.
