It's with your items so you'd press down to find it like you would to find the first aid sprays and grenades instead of left or right as you would to use other weapons but be warned....I've added the infinite rocket launcher to my own save and I can tell you this, If you pull it out I hope that is the only weapon that you were planning to use because it's HARD to put it back up no matter what weapon you "try" to equip, it won't let you...the rocket launcher will stick to your hand like glue..lol. Only my opinion but It's not worth it to use the rocket launcher because you MIGHT have to reload the entire save just to change your weapon to something else if restarting doesn't doesn't fix it or maybe you could discard it, I don't know.

oh yes by the way is it working with other characters ?

What do you mean Rocket Launcher on Campaign? Is the save modded? I don't remember being able to use it outside of 1-5.
