I was trying to get diabolical to pop and found it helped to remove the shoes, pants, and belt. (perhaps it was the life per second, or the +6 yards on health orbs) i bought some replacement gear at the town without these traits, fought him without getting caged or using health potions/orbs/pools and the trophy popped.
Also, very minor note, press R3 not L3 for space, i love space.
Regarding setsae's US saves. Elitist 1 worked better for me than Elitist #2 EXTRA.
I had trouble finding the watchtower for Shut Up And Take My Money, so I went to Quest Select/Normal/Act II/Shadows In The Desert, and talked to the little girl, Squirt, in the town, she sold me the DAIBO weapon.
Also, very minor note, press R3 not L3 for space, i love space.

I must say that this were a big help in my trophy hunting in this game, thanks a lot! Although I am having trubble with the "The Elitist - Kill 500 elite (champion, rare, or unique) enemies" save and it says in challenges that the achivement has already been earned on this profile, just a heads-up.
