Follow these easy instructions and complete the last challenge to unlock the FASHIONISTA trophy:

Select on main menu FREE FISHING
Select LAKE FORK
When the free fishing starts find the challenge #6: Expert on Perfection
Now you only have to do 15 PERFECT HOOK without time limit.
After that the FASHIONISTA trophy will pop!
