I have a 100% save but you must get titles yourself to achieve some trophies so here we go. Some stuff is easy and you must do on your own. Im Working on the save still but will try to help as much as i can.

Go to records and edit you profile completely to what ever and save it.

Go into diva room and set time for a minute and stop alarm when rings.

Use the kitchen timer for more than three minutes in the DIVA Room.
You must login or register to view this content.Psychic
Win the Rock, Paper, Scissors minigame in the DIVA Room without losing a single round (ties allowed).

Complete the Tutorial.

Play the credits minigame via the arcade cabinet in the DIVA Room.

Play a favorited Edit Data song from the internet.

Upload one Edit Data to the game servers.
