I tried an already done 100% save but it didn't pop the trophy.

Hello guys, sorry to bother but I'm a complete noob and have no idea what to do. I used a cheat while searching for the spaceship parts and got voided out of the trophy and 100%

I really want to use a game save to get the trophies but don't know how. It's there like a video or writen tut I can read?

I can't get the save for US to work, I put it on my usb, I then plug it to ps3 then I copy all to my game data utility, go into my gta, I spawn I go to game and I go to Load Game it's not there, help me.
