I tried an already done 100% save but it didn't pop the trophy.

That's alright. You can use either Bruteforce or K.G Resigner 1.4.

K.G Save Resigner 1.4 tut: You must login or register to view this content.
I recommend 1.4 because it looks and feels easier to resign saves for beginners. (My Personal Opinion) Can't find a download link though the link is dead in that thread, I would upload mine but I don't have the .exe install either.
No you don't need your autosave or anything. Just the save I have.

No idea why it still says Corrupted Data, might be something to do with the owner of the thread. It should work even with an updated games.conf.

I used Bruteforce to create a .SFO file for the save which results in two files. Ignore it though, all is good and thank you!
