- Champion manager : The trophy pop at last of season ( simule the nest day , or move to BARCELONA , GREMIO or the asia club )
- Kings of europe , KIngs of latin america , Ruler of asia , EUropean treble winners , Latin america treble winners , No.1 club : For that trophies just simule the last day with gremio you unlock trophies " brasilian " load you're save and sign to BARCELONA , simule the day and you unlock trophies " european " , load you're save and sign to the asian club , simule the day and you unlock trophies asian :p
- Leading the nation : Just simule the day at the next season and after 1 week you get the trophies

I don't think anyone has created saves for them. I already have those trophies done but I deleted my saves by mistake.
If someone wants to create them then the guide on PS3Trophies.org says that they will both pop if you win the International Cup, you don't need to play the competitions separately.
It should only need someone to play six 5-minute games to create a save right before the final.

I found that the easiest way to use the saves was to copy PARAM.PFD and DATA.BIN from Dark Punk's save into my own save and then re-sign my own save. This way I didn't have to worry about whether the content of my PARAM.SFO matched the directory name of Dark Punk's save file.
For example, if your save is BLES01930BL01 but Dark Punk's save is BLES01930BL04, your .SFO won't work if you copy it into Dark Punk's save and resign it. Easier just to copy PARAM.PFD and DATA.BIN from Dark Punk's save into your save instead and resign your own save.
