ok guys here are my EU saves for a Better World ans all Endings, credits go to PoundofLife these are his US saves but correctly reassigned to EU.
juste reassign them to your profile and it should work
for the other trophies juste try swapping the files with these saves and it should work too
please report here after you tested this

stop complaining about the saves not working ok. all saves work fine.
SCE and his 1st party games uses diferent gamecodes even for the same region ok?
example poundoflife have the US version, i have the US as well but latin american wich is diferent code for the same region.
the gamecode that is printed in your game case is NOT ALWAYS the correct one.
if the save is not working for you try using diferent code:
About the glitch not poping the trophy in duo mode:
use the controller # 1 to control aiden, and control # 2 to control jodie.
stop complaining about the saves not working ok. all saves work fine.
