Story mode - Continue
SPOILER ALERT
Head towards the cliff..starts a cut scene and then a QTE..get all vital shots as fast as possible. If you miss you will die or your brother will die!
After the QTE simply roll and shoot with any weapon until the lion dies.
Credits Rolls - press O - wait on main screen - both will pop
*IF YOU DIE DO NOT RESTAR FROM CHECKPOINT QUIT VIA PS3 BUTTON (Do not press quit via game) AND TRY AGAIN*

Unlocker - Unlock all collectible content

Trophy: Collector (Find all collectibles)
Save: You must login or register to view this content.
Go to Story Mode - Continue
You start at a split. Take either split.
You will see a gap with a tree knocked down to your right..continue past that.
You will come to an opening, make a right and you will now see you are on the other side of this gap.
Follow the cliff wall on your right until you can't any more you will see a small rock separating that wall and a larger rock.
Follow this larger rock around. There is a tree between this rock and the rock next to it.
The final collectible is on the ground at the base of this tree.
Press R3 to pick it up and trophy will unlock

Other Untested Possible Trophies that can be gotten with this save:
Unlocker - Unlock all collectible content

Do each of the following once to possibly unlock these trophies
Dodge This - When an animal attacks your press R2
Hunter's Quality - put your back toward a predator. a ! sign telling you to press O will pop up, press O and get a Vital Shot (Brain or heart)
Gunsmith - find special ammo (black box) and pick it up. I have found special ammo for every weapon already so it may pop.
Bullet-Man - pick up ammo
Ambulance-Man - pick up a health pack
Heavy Breather - Press triangle to change your weapon to riffle, press L1 to aim and hold down L3 to hold your breath. Kill any predator doing this.

No it doesnt.
It does have 1 MP trophy though that requires a 2nd controller
