I don't think there's a save where it only unlocks that trophy. If you want to make it legit, you can maybe turn the PS3 off as soon as you get that trophy.

The U.S Code is BLUS30763. The digital version of the game is the same as the physical copy when it comes to the region code. Yeah, it works with the digital version. That's what I used for these saves. You're welcome!
