It seems that way, it happens on some games from time to time and a game like call of duty, there is literally no way on keeping on top of the patches as they always happen or they used to. (Haven't played in a long time)
But you're not the only one to have said this to me recently so it's more than likely the patch.

Still big thanks Richard. I manage to get the trophy bit later on when I moved on from the save.
On a quite different topic, I played the PS4 version of the game and it seems every-time I install new patches the resume game option will be grayed out. Don't know if it is intended. I heard one of my friends talking about moving from US to China and without update the resume option is grayed out (again PS4), could be the rumor that the game save is related to IP? Dunno know.
Also in my case I use the PSN version of the game, despite the BLES code for the save is same with the retail version, I think the game downloaded has already been patched with some of the early patches to make compatible with 1st DLC. So for me I still have to walk most of the trophies myself.
Veteran difficulty seems to be the least difficult compare to previous installments in the series. Thank God.

To be honest, this game doesn't really need a save set. It was just an idea at the time, I had just bought it and no one made a set so I thought why not, who knows anyway.

TY. got all SP trophies by myself. LOL
the guide inside the folders doesn't work for me, it always start at the beggining of each save. anyways, game is 2ez..
oh and.. don't play extinction using this saves..
IT'LL AUTOMATICALLY DELETE YOUR SP PROFILE.. just a heads up, i'm currently using the updated ghost. maybe thats why.

hmm since u didnt use ure sfo file i had to copy mine but save looks like mine being no veteran lvls beat
