no since the trophies are technically on your system and synced to the server you would be the only one thats possible to do so. You have to get the trophies files from inside the system using a ftp server and move the folders from one to another account then if you wanted to go further sync it to another account. Its impossible to provide a service or do it for you.

it provides a greater risk in doing so as all online trophies will have unavailable timestamps. so you will be far easier to spot by sony and get your new account banned as well

i done this i resigned my old trophies from my old account and put them in my new account.
took me almost a month to figure out how to upload them, turns out it was because i was on rebug rex edition, that's kinda like dex, dex consoles can't sync, so yeah.

there were 2 games who missed timestamps but it was normal since it was a common problem long time ago.
just installed a fresh trophy list and hacked the trophies i originally had on my old one with legit looking time

dex consoles can sync im on 4.50 ps3ita dex have no problems syncing so got that wrong

Sony dont ban for timestamps they ban for CFW. If they ban for timestamps then official firmware users who use saves will be banned too. I've even spoken to them on the phone they don't care about trophies or the level only custom firmware users.
