I looked around here and some saves for this didn't work for me.
I have tested this myself on a different account and had almost all trophies but ones you have to obtain through gameplay and the R.Y.N.O
Earn these trophy's first.

Bolt Commando
Drek This!
Skillful
[Go to Planet Rilgar and Do the Twisted Hoverboard Trophy to get a skill point. You also get Unlock Sketchbook Trophy. Now beat the hoverboard race time to unlock this trophy.]
Speedy
Gadgeteer
[Just purchase the last weapon.]
Hit Me More!
Nano This!
[Go to Planet Orxon and purchase Ultra Nanotech.]
Ratchet, King Midas
[Start a new game after defeating drek and go to Gold Weapons room and buy all gold weapons.]
