I would like to make one similar to this Fallout 3 GOTY save I created using the Skyrim Toolkit GUI and console commands.

This save is right after you emerge from the vault...LVL 30, ALL perks. ALL items, weapons, armor, clothing ect located in the mailbox when following the road to the left.

I am unable to use the same process for NV that I used for this save, always seems to be corrupted or stalls on the loading screen. If anyone can help, please let me know.

Can u make a save just like that but level 1? I been lookin for a fallout save that's modded at level 1
