Hello NGU ....Its been a long while from the scene moreover I hate sweet introductions and spoiled threads so lets
get down to it real quick
My saves will not provide you 100% completion as the case used to be in my previous threads this happens due
to game-related ,,but my saves will boost you up to where you couldn't think you'll reach in this game.
lets say approximate of 60-70% trophy bar and that's all I can offer
Here is quick note just before we started
* Fire up BruteForce & choose desired save go to PARAM SFO & make sure of following
[Account ID] should be empty
[Protection option] should be un-checked
then save-over original PARAM
* Some of my saves are already cleared of the above probable issues but check just in case.
* All my saves require you to choose [CONTINUE] once your in the game main menu.

its my time to fly away and continue what I love to do in my personal life. this means no such faraway,but long time off coming.

1- Open BruteForce
2- Decrypt PFD
3- Complete Account ID (your account)
5- Change region (US version : NPUB50100-Slot1 )
6- Save
7- Encrypt PFD
8- Rebuild full
9- Do not forget to rename folder (NPUB50100-Slot1)
after if it does not work , sorry

The title save is slot1 but the save are in slot2 (did not see?)
but anyway, does not work ...

The save => Megano's save (BLES01982-SLOT1 and all it works for me) and my game NPEB01912-SLOT1 (PSN EU)

The save by default is SLOT1 (maybe, whatever?!). After re-signed with BruteForce (NPUB50100-SLOT1), load game when you are on the Menu, go to save menu (the save are in slot2 ok?), press X to select the save and retourn to the menu and press "continue" to start the game.
After if that does not work, I can not help you sorry

Theres been some reports that NPEB01912 code works for the EU PS+ ver.
I've not tried these personally, but some are reporting problems with the saves I uploaded, could do with possible DLC installed/not installed!? I do recall adding the "Bank Heist" DLC mission to my download list, but can't remember if I downloaded it or not!? I know I never played the mission though.
