This is my personal save for Master Reboot.Resign to your profile.
- Revisit the Beach level and get the Virus (inside the boat press square),then proceed to the final mission (giant cube) and get the last 3 Virus symbols.
This save doesn't have the ducks collected,but you can replay each level and get them.
You can get all the level specific trophies by replaying them.
Use this guide for ducks/virus symbols :

Just wondering, do any of these saves help with the Welsh Wizard trophy? Thanks.
Edit: I tried using the save uploaded for all the ducks and it tells me file corrupted. I was able to resign the Going Viral save just fine, though.

After you complete the game,just change the language and beat the final level again (continue game).

Tested it again (with save resigner), and it works. Did you change the region?
NPUB31462 - US
NPEB01964 - EU
Here is another save for the US region... that I can't test.

EDIT: For Welsh Wizard trophy, download my save (because it's near the end), change the laguage to Welsh and finish the game. There's no easier way of getting it.
