All you should need to do legit is Story trophies + have 50 lives at one time + finish a level without dying

If you select continue and eat 1 pac dot, you get

Complete one mini game (I recommend Cherries Jubilee as it is the easiest IMO) and get

Defeat one Ghost with each Pac-Man type to get

Amazing save.
But can anyone help me? I need a save where Pac man only has 5 hearts. I need to get the trophy to upgrade it to 6 hearts. My save had 5 hearts but I didn't backed it up when I downloaded this one and now I have to play the game all over again to get it...I really don't want to do it...
