Here's a starter save of Naruto: UNS3. This does not include the Full Burst DLC, it's the original.
Anyway,
Here is what the save contains -
Max Ryo (Money)
Max Items (99x of everything)
Max Hero & Legend Points. Lv. 5 Hero, Lv. 5 Legend (This will allow you to equip 5 stacks of an item at once during battle.
This save does not pop any trophies upon load.
Though,
It does have the prologue finished, and it has an S ranking in the battle against Nine Tails.
You must resign this save for it to work.
