Heres a quick update on the save:
You are mising 1 letter, and its the "H" which is on the final chapter (in the left room, on the first stage. The password by the way is "IWASBORNINUSA").
You are mising 4 masks which are: Russel (Prelude), Carl(Chapter 8 ), Charlie (Chapter 16) and Nigel (Chapter 19).
You will need to unlock "Always on Top" and "Knife for Pros", "knifes for Pros" didnt unlocked until I used the Frying Pan. All other killing related trophies poped for me while getting the last letter, the masks and doing some other trophies ("Bat-Man" and "This Are My Guns").
Hope it helps somebody, after getting A+ on the last mission I didnt know what to look for. And once again, thanks to blizard130999 for sharing a functional save.

Didn't work for me? I tried the pan and nothing? I couldn't get trophies for all melee all guns or the execution one?
