Hurah!
1:Open up filezilla and browse to ur trophy folders: (hdd0/home/userid/trophy/
2:Find the last number from the ski trophy folders like this.

3:Find the number that comes after 855. example mine : after 855 comes 862
4:Open up ps3trophyisgood test trophyfolder 862 it's likely corrupted so delete 862.
(if the trophy folder isn't corruped go 1 more down so after 862 comes .... test that folder)
5:If it happens again, do these steps again and ur good to sync.
