Currently updating the thread with new saves.
If anyone could leave some feedback letting me know if the EU saves are working properly.
I'm open to questions and Contribution to make it a full saveset.

US and EU save for get through a rift in 15 minutes this save requires manual labor of going through a rift the only thing I could do to help was get the rift fragments so just open a rift and speed through it with the demon hunter provided

hey yall just letting u know that i tested the save on the ps4 and it worked perfectly. i'll also mention i forgot to make gear for some characters so ur gonna hav to make some, but no worries once u putt in paragon points and any lv61 armor ur good to lv up in T6 adventure mode.

it says a different level until you load into the game then when you load in the hardcore character should be 69
I will try it just to make sure
Just tested it when you load the save it says level 29 demon hunter hc when you load into the game you are level 69 with im pretty sure 1 kill to 70

Tested out the Dream team where there are 5 level 70 characters and the crusader at level 69 but the save won't export - comes up with an unknown error. I have tried other saves without problems so any help/advice would be much appreciated. Also on a side note I tried the Greed over need trophy and it popped without problem on the ps3 but after exporting the save to the ps4 it doesn't pop when I kill a treasure goblin. I'm trying to get this trophy on the ps4 as well as levelling up 6 level 70 characters and the 500 bounties.

It works, check the BLES. In this save is a mistake. It's BLES2305 and should be BLES2035 (make for example change ID Region in BSD). Correct this and it will be working well.
EDIT: I see that this is fixed now and the BLES number is correct.

The save itself after resigning it (Dreamteam) works fine on the ps3 but doesn't export so I can play it on the ps3. I tried several other of your saves and they worked without any problems. I'm using the US saves/diablo 3 ros game. Have no idea what the problem is as I tried both eu/usa resigning. Everything works 100% on the ps3 but won't export to the ps4 which is annoying considering other saves worked without problems
