- 999 grenades
- 3,000,000 green gel
- 999 trap parts
- 99 keys
- 9,999 handgun ammo
- 9,999 shotgun ammo
- 9,999 rifle ammo
- 9,999 magnum ammo
- 9,999 machinegun ammo
- 999 rocket launcher ammo
- 99 bolts for all kinds
Note 1 : Since I edited each ammo's MAX value, 9999 stock isn't initialized even if reloaded. No worries.
Note 2 : You need to make a little efforts to upgrade weapons and abilities on chair.

As you know, I am the one who originally made this save and uploaded on BSD forum last Nov.
I am more than happy to share it but not like this. I'm not agitating copyright on this as it's a mere gamesave, but you should have shown a little etiquette at least saying that this is not your own made in case I see your post like this, buddy.

I'm sorry to hear that. Wish there was something I could do about that but even if he added the EU version the save would still need to be resigned to your account and resigning saves for others is against the rules here.

well thank you very much for your kind support. 
Actually, the only tool available I found, is xploder for mac, so I can re-sign without problem (others saves work as long as they are from EU/UK). But lately, Evil Within seems to have received an update ? The old saves in another topic (platinium one) does not work anymore, and the saves are just not loading now. This game seems to wanna lock the saves really bad and prevent cheating...
Actually, the only tool available I found, is xploder for mac, so I can re-sign without problem (others saves work as long as they are from EU/UK). Hmm...that is strange. I loaded this save without incident but with the US version. It loaded perfect for me but that was days ago...I'll have to see if it still loads. I'd be sad if it didn't as I never got to actually use this save and I need it because I need to be able to open fire on everything because I'm a big fraidy cat and this game literally brought tears to my eyes. That freaking invisible guy is just ridiculous. Anyways, enough of my ranting, I'm glad you found a software that works for you and I hope you get the game save working because having all of that ammo is amazing.

hey yunase, the way i do it is with a program called VMware Fusion. It's like having a virtual windows pc on your mac. Once you have it installed, you can use a copy of any windows to install..... and then you can download Bruteforce! that's what i use to change regions on game saves! Heres a video tuturial for ya!
