(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Edit: These have been tested and they do work, if you don't resign correctly - it's either an issue with the checksum or you didn't add the key to your game.conf (I don't know how to do that, so don't ask for a tutorial).

Edit 2: You need critical saves with all 3 characters, and then you must complete the final episode + secret episode. Below you can find all 3 saves, theoretically all you should need to do is complete the story on one (Terra) and then do the final episode + secret episode. If after completing Terra's story you don't get the prompt, go to the other 2 characters and complete the final chapter one last time. I removed the saves for Final Episode + Secret Episode because it's redundant, you'll have to do them on your own anyway. I posted strategies though which you might find helpful.

Edit 3: Might also be a good idea to backup and delete your System Data and then rebuild it (just save) before you play Terra. I can provide my System Data on request but I'm not sure if it will be useful.

Long time leecher, first time contributor (hopefully something to contribute):

Terra gamesave before the final fight on Critical difficulty. Untested.

Save contains x2 Ars Solum, x4 Meteor Crash and x4 Curaga. If you experience too much difficulty with the final fight, just equip deck #1 and go to anywhere and have a field day with the triangle button.

I recommend taking both of the Ars Solums, x3 Curagas and x3 Mega-Ether (takes 1 slot) and make sure to set your shotlock to Thunderbolt. It will make the final fights absurdly easy. Save the shotlocks for the absolute final fight, because I'm not sure if they carry over.

Aqua gamesave after the final fight on Critical difficulty. I'm hoping that you can just save this data (and Ven's) then go play Terra (who, in my opinion, is easiest) to earn your Critical Competitor trophy. Untested.

Save contains x3 Time Splicer, x3 Thundaga, x3 Thundaga Shot, x2 Curaga and x1 Mega Flare. Also includes several ability upgrades to make fights even easier! Not only that, but all of the main D-Links have been upgraded to max (very helpful for Aqua players - if you've done the Secret Episode already you know the sainthood of D-Links and Thunder magic). I recommend using the command deck I have built, as it made the final fights really short (even the notoriously difficult Braig). You also have Renewal Barrier and Firewheel - so use those to your advantage.

Once again, if you have too much difficulty, I recommend throwing on all your thunders and going somewhere to grind some levels then come back.

Ven gamesave after the final fight on Critical difficulty.Untested.

Save contains x3 Time Splicer, some Thundagas and Curagas. I don't really recommend using this save to finish the game but if you have to, go somewhere and get Leaf Bracer, Once More and Second Chance before taking on the final boss.

Blizzara + Blizzara + Pulsing Crystal = Second Chance
Fira + Fira + Wellspring Crystal = Once More
Fire + Fire + Pulsing Crystal = Leaf Bracer

Final Episode Strategy

For the first instance, you just want to abuse your Renewal Barrier + Burst, once in a while if the opening presents itself, hammer away with Time Splicer. I also got Ghost Drive during the fight and knocked him down to size with that for a while before doing a Time Splicer and killing him off (barrier will take forever, but it's reliable). For his second stage, you want to be a little more gratuitous with Time Splicer and run around dodging instead of trying to block. When the guardian grabs you and he walks toward you, I recommend attempting to get caught far away, but if all else fails, the little minigame isn't too hard to win and after a while you'll be able to just beat him to death with Time Splicer again. Fairly easy.

Once again, if you have too many problems - throw on your Thunders and grind some levels.

Secret Episode Strategy

I recommend taking as many Thunder spells as you can + x2 Curaga. The boss is easy, just hits hard. Just use your cures and be semi-patient and you'll see him fall. You have Time Splicer available too, but I recommend sticking with Thunder because your Ghost Drive command style will deal significant damage with your standard attack option.

Again, grind if you have too many problems. The heartless provide enormous amounts of exp (I got like 3k exp just by doing the required fights), so you can easily get a few levels before taking on the boss.

I imagine the same way you resign anything. I use BSD and I think you could probably do Patch SFO > Edit param.sfo > change the account id > exit > full rebuild (probably a necessary step since you can't decrypt them yet).

Sadly, I've not tested these yet to see how to resign. That's a little beyond my capabilities.

There have been a few reports on BSD about resigns not working (although some people get them to work). Hopefully soon they'll find a fix for the issue. GG's already able to apply munny cheats and resign, so BSD shouldn't be too far behind.

Then try the ps3 save game resigner I think you might miss a step somewhere.
Here you need to update the param. If that doesn't work then try rebuilding database if you managed to copy it.

Do a barrel roll!
This is my first time playing BBS, can I beat the game on critical with all 3 characters then go back to do the 100% i.e reports, missions, commands.?

Yes, you can beat the game on critical with all 3 characters before progressing. You'll get the option to save post-game which just allows you to revisit everything like you were before the final boss. Once you clear all 3 episodes you have the chance to go to the Final Episode which just uses your Aqua save settings. If you've done Critical, then just by completing these 4 episodes you get access the secret episode (which in turn even easier than the final episode).

The game is also, in my opinion, really easy on critical. Probably will want to grind for about 7-10 levels on each of your first 2-3 chapters though and take careful consideration into your melding (you can use starrk's BbS guide OR destinyislands melding guides for some easy ones) - taking care to try and get Ars Solum as early as possible for Terra, Time Splicer for Ventus/Aqua, Curaga and Thundaga Shot for Aqua. Then you'll also want to get ability upgrades as soon as possible (I recommend using the COL:CL section of starrk's guide) for health and such, because all 3 hp boosts net you a huge amount.

I mean, the critical difficulty isn't anywhere NEAR critical...what's really hard is stuff like the Maestro trophy and doing reports because after a while it just gets absurd.
