Hey everyone i thought i would upload this to make everyones job a little bit easier lol.
So to get this trophy all you need to do is load the save up and go out your room turn right and then a sharp left.
Fight someone in the bar and knock them out and you will get your trophy pop! Enjoy!

P.S. I unlocked the save for it to work on any PS3 account

Yes , i done all the progress myself with all the fights in the bars/saloons. Got to the last one saved and then copied the save to my PC using USB and then went back on the game loaded my save knocked someone out at the bar and got the trophy
