I think thats better you make all chapters trophy legit for yourself because Tales of Shyphonia 2 is a great game. By the way, here are the saves to help you.

Chap 1,2,3,5,6 don't need fight, only go to correct place and PING!
Chap 1 - Go to Asgard
Chap 2 - Go to Iselia
Chap 3 - Go to Izold (100 and 1000 enconters ping too, 10 hit)
Chap 4 - Go to Meltokio
Chap 5 - Go to Temple of Lightning
Chap 6 - Go to Altessa's House
Chap 7 - Fight last 2 boss (100 and 1000 enconters ping too, 10 hit)
