As far as I know, yes. Resigned it the same way I would any other file except for then opening in Bruteforce afterward to get rid of cheats.

Edit: I was able just now to get it working with the cheats still activated. Not sure what I did differently than before, but now i imagine it has something to do with Bruteforce. I could be doing something wrong there.
