Ok, So as someone who usually relys on My CFW(I only ever used blackb0x, and modded pkgs, I know. ) that I just sold, or Modded backups, how do I resign this?

Use kg, bruteforce, game genie, cyber save editor or xploder to resign...there's tuts everywhere..kg is noob friendly..read about it here

You can use Bruteforce or PS3 Resigner. they are free too download. or i could do it for you if you send me your original save

Can I unlouck trophy platnum for this savedata

Unfortunately no, this is a starter save. Meaning you start at the very beginning. Having this save makes it a lot easier to get trophies as the mods put the game in your favour.
