if you have the game on ps3 you can transfer it to ps4

Can someone do this for me please? I don't have a computer nor do I even know how to mod. Just want someone if they can get on my account and mod the save? Then upload it so i can download it on ps4. Would be greatly appreciated.

Ahmaad1's save and mine is already mod,you must resign save to your profile. for transfer to ps4 you must have the ps3 game and ps4 game
